AnalyzeAcc Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 28, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AnalyzeAcc.com (“AnalyzeAcc”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
AnalyzeAcc is operated by Nemo IT, a business established in the Netherlands.
By creating an account, placing an order, purchasing through the Platform, or otherwise using AnalyzeAcc, you agree to these Terms.
1. The AnalyzeAcc Platform
AnalyzeAcc operates an online marketplace that facilitates transactions involving digital accounts and other digital assets offered by independent sellers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the accounts listed on the Platform are offered by third-party sellers. AnalyzeAcc facilitates the transaction, payment, verification, delivery, and escrow process between buyers and sellers.
AnalyzeAcc may receive account credentials from a seller, review the account and listing information, facilitate delivery to the buyer, and release payment to the seller after the applicable transaction process has been completed.
2. Buyer Responsibility Before Purchase
Buyers are responsible for reviewing the listing and determining whether the account is suitable for their intended purpose before completing a purchase.
Before purchasing, a buyer may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the account, including available information regarding the account, its characteristics, statistics, history, audience, content, or other relevant listing information.
Buyers should request any information they consider material before completing the purchase.
A buyer should not complete a purchase if the buyer considers the available information insufficient to make an informed purchasing decision.
By completing the purchase, the buyer confirms that they had a reasonable opportunity to review the listing and request additional information before payment.
3. Accuracy of Listing Information
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate and non-misleading information about accounts they list for sale.
AnalyzeAcc may review information supplied by sellers but does not guarantee that every statistic, characteristic, follower count, engagement metric, audience characteristic, or other platform-generated metric will remain unchanged after the transaction.
Social-media and other third-party platforms may independently change statistics, features, policies, algorithms, functionality, availability, or account status.
4. Payment
Payments are processed through the payment methods made available during checkout.
The buyer must provide accurate payment and billing information and must be authorized to use the selected payment method.
The amount shown at checkout represents the amount payable for the transaction unless otherwise expressly stated.
5. Immediate Digital Delivery
Transactions on AnalyzeAcc involve digital delivery.
After payment and completion of the applicable verification process, the purchased account credentials or access information may be made available to the buyer electronically.
By requesting and accessing immediate digital delivery, the buyer expressly requests that performance of the transaction begin without waiting for any otherwise applicable withdrawal period.
Where applicable law permits, the buyer also acknowledges that beginning immediate performance and accessing the supplied digital content or digital service may affect or result in the loss of a statutory right of withdrawal.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Account Verification by AnalyzeAcc
Where applicable, AnalyzeAcc may review the account before releasing it to the buyer.
Verification may include checking whether:
- the supplied credentials permit access;
- the account corresponds to the listing;
- the username or account identifier corresponds to the transaction;
- relevant account information is reasonably consistent with the listing; and
- the account is accessible at the time of verification.
Verification does not constitute a guarantee regarding future actions taken by a third-party platform or future changes to the account.
7. Delivery and Buyer Confirmation
After receiving access to the purchased account, the buyer may be required to review and expressly confirm the following:
- ☑ I have received access to the purchased account.
- ☑ I have successfully logged into the account.
- ☑ I confirm that the account credentials are working.
These confirmations form part of the transaction record.
When a buyer makes these confirmations, AnalyzeAcc may record transaction-related information such as the buyer’s user ID, order ID, escrow ID, date and time, IP address, session information, and technical information associated with the confirmation, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
8. One-Hour Inspection and Return Window
AnalyzeAcc provides buyers with a one-hour inspection and return window following delivery of the account.
The purpose of this period is to allow the buyer to promptly verify that the delivered account corresponds to the transaction and that the supplied access credentials work.
If the buyer identifies a qualifying problem, the buyer must notify AnalyzeAcc through the Platform’s official support or ticket system within one hour after delivery.
The buyer should clearly describe the problem and provide any reasonably requested supporting information.
Where a return is accepted, the buyer must cooperate with AnalyzeAcc in returning control of the account and must not retain, copy, disclose, exploit, or continue using the credentials or account.
9. Acceptance of the Account
For purposes of AnalyzeAcc’s contractual one-hour inspection and return policy, the transaction will be treated as accepted where:
- the buyer expressly confirms receipt and successful access; or
- the one-hour inspection period expires without the buyer submitting a qualifying issue through AnalyzeAcc’s official support or ticket system.
After contractual acceptance, the transaction may be marked as completed and the seller’s payment may be released.
This contractual acceptance rule does not eliminate any consumer right, remedy, warranty, or statutory protection that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
10. Problems That Must Be Reported Promptly
Buyers should immediately report issues such as:
- credentials not working;
- inability to access the delivered account;
- account materially differing from the listing;
- incorrect account being delivered;
- seller retaining control in a manner that prevents transfer;
- material undisclosed restrictions existing at the time of delivery; or
- another material delivery problem.
AnalyzeAcc may request screenshots, screen recordings, error messages, correspondence, or other evidence reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.
11. Changes Made by the Buyer
After receiving access, buyers are responsible for taking reasonable steps to secure the account, including changing passwords, recovery information, and security settings where permitted and appropriate.
AnalyzeAcc is not responsible for problems caused by the buyer’s own actions, including incorrectly changing credentials, losing credentials, violating third-party platform rules, sharing access with another person, or making changes that trigger security restrictions.
This does not limit liability where applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Third-Party Platforms
Accounts transacted through AnalyzeAcc may operate on third-party services such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, gaming platforms, or other online services.
AnalyzeAcc does not own or control these third-party platforms.
Buyers and sellers are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable third-party platform terms, rules, and policies.
AnalyzeAcc cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will not change its rules, restrict functionality, suspend an account, request additional verification, or take other action after delivery.
Nothing on AnalyzeAcc should be interpreted as a representation that a third-party platform endorses, authorizes, or is affiliated with AnalyzeAcc unless expressly stated.
13. Fraud and Misrepresentation
Users must not:
- use stolen or unauthorized payment methods;
- impersonate another person;
- knowingly provide false information;
- submit fabricated evidence;
- make false claims regarding delivery or account access;
- manipulate the transaction or escrow process;
- attempt to retain both the purchased account and refunded funds; or
- otherwise use the Platform fraudulently.
AnalyzeAcc may preserve transaction records and provide relevant evidence to payment processors, financial institutions, card networks, law-enforcement authorities, courts, regulators, or other authorized parties where permitted or required by law.
14. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If a buyer believes there is a problem with a transaction, the buyer is encouraged to contact AnalyzeAcc promptly so that the matter can be investigated.
Where a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, AnalyzeAcc may provide relevant transaction evidence to the payment processor or financial institution, including payment records, listing information, delivery records, account-access records, buyer confirmations, support communications, timestamps, IP/session information, and other relevant evidence lawfully maintained by AnalyzeAcc.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising a payment-dispute or other legal right that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Users must provide truthful information in any dispute or chargeback process.
15. Transaction Records
AnalyzeAcc may maintain records reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, transaction administration, dispute resolution, accounting, and compliance.
Such records may include:
- payment identifiers;
- order and escrow identifiers;
- listing information;
- delivery events;
- credential-access events;
- buyer confirmations;
- communications;
- timestamps;
- IP addresses;
- session and device information;
- verification records; and
- transaction status history.
Processing of personal data is subject to the AnalyzeAcc Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
16. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use AnalyzeAcc for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, deceptive transactions, money laundering, abuse of payment systems, or violation of applicable law.
AnalyzeAcc may suspend or terminate accounts and transactions where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate suspected abuse, comply with legal obligations, or protect the Platform.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnalyzeAcc is not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside its reasonable control, including actions taken by third-party platforms after a properly completed delivery.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
18. Restricted Jurisdictions and Sanctions Compliance
Sebuda does not provide services to individuals or businesses located in, resident in, or operating from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions. Users must not use Sebuda to purchase, sell, receive payments, or otherwise facilitate transactions directly or indirectly involving these jurisdictions, products or services originating from them, or any person or entity subject to applicable sanctions.
Additional restrictions imposed by applicable law or our payment providers may also apply. Users must provide accurate identity and location information and must not circumvent these restrictions.
Sebuda reserves the right to request supporting information and to refuse or suspend access, listings, or transactions where necessary to comply with these requirements.
19. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or override mandatory consumer rights.
If mandatory consumer-protection law applicable to a buyer provides rights or remedies that conflict with these Terms, those mandatory rights and remedies will prevail to the extent required by law.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply under the laws of the consumer’s country of residence.
21. Contact
Questions, complaints, and transaction issues should be submitted through AnalyzeAcc’s official support or ticket system.

1. Digital Nature of Transactions
Products transacted through AnalyzeAcc are delivered digitally.
Because account credentials and access information can be delivered and accessed immediately, digital-account transactions are different from ordinary physical-product transactions.
For this reason, buyers must carefully review the listing and request any additional information they require before purchasing.
2. Information Available Before Purchase
Before completing a purchase, the buyer has the opportunity to review the information presented in the listing and may request additional available information reasonably necessary to evaluate the account.
Depending on the account and information available, this may include information about:
- account type and platform;
- username or account identifier;
- follower or subscriber information;
- account statistics;
- audience information;
- account history;
- content;
- monetization or other listed characteristics; and
- other material information relevant to the proposed purchase.
Buyers should not purchase until they are satisfied that they have sufficient information to make an informed decision.
3. Delivery
An account is considered delivered for purposes of AnalyzeAcc’s contractual inspection process when the purchased credentials or account-access information are made available to the buyer through the Platform or another authorized delivery process.
AnalyzeAcc may record the time of delivery and subsequent buyer interactions with the delivery process.
4. One-Hour Inspection and Return Window
AnalyzeAcc provides the buyer with one hour from delivery to inspect the account and report a qualifying problem.
During this period, the buyer should verify that:
- the account delivered corresponds to the purchased listing;
- the credentials work;
- the buyer can successfully access the account; and
- the material characteristics reasonably capable of being checked correspond to the listing.
If a qualifying problem exists, the buyer must open an official support ticket with AnalyzeAcc within the one-hour inspection period.
The ticket should clearly identify the problem and include any reasonably available evidence.
5. Buyer Confirmation
As part of the delivery process, the buyer may be required to expressly confirm:
- ☑ I have received access to the purchased account.
- ☑ I have successfully logged into the account.
- ☑ I confirm that the account credentials are working.
These confirmations are recorded as part of the transaction history.
A buyer should not make these confirmations unless they are true.
If there is a problem with delivery, login, or credentials, the buyer should instead immediately contact AnalyzeAcc through the official support/ticket system.
6. When a Transaction Is Considered Accepted
For purposes of AnalyzeAcc’s contractual return policy, the transaction is considered accepted when either:
- A. the buyer expressly confirms receipt and successful access through the confirmation process;
- B. one hour has passed since delivery and the buyer has not submitted a qualifying issue through AnalyzeAcc’s official support/ticket system.
Once the transaction has been accepted, the escrow may be completed and payment may be released to the seller.
The one-hour contractual inspection period does not exclude mandatory legal rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
7. Qualifying Return or Refund Claims
A return or refund may be considered where evidence reasonably establishes that, at the time of delivery:
- the supplied credentials did not work;
- the buyer could not obtain access to the purchased account;
- the wrong account was delivered;
- the delivered account materially differed from the listing;
- a material characteristic expressly represented in the listing was materially inaccurate; or
- another material delivery failure occurred.
AnalyzeAcc may investigate the transaction before approving a return or refund.
8. Claims Normally Not Covered by the Contractual Return Policy
Subject always to mandatory applicable law, AnalyzeAcc’s contractual return policy normally does not cover problems caused after successful delivery by:
- the buyer changing or forgetting credentials;
- the buyer changing recovery information incorrectly;
- the buyer sharing access with another person;
- actions taken by the buyer that trigger a platform security restriction;
- violation of a third-party platform’s terms or rules;
- changes made by a third-party platform after delivery;
- normal fluctuations in followers, subscribers, engagement, reach, views, or other platform metrics;
- buyer’s remorse or change of mind after acceptance;
- a characteristic that was clearly disclosed before purchase;
- information the buyer could review before purchase and expressly accepted; or
- buyer actions occurring after the buyer confirmed successful receipt, login, and working credentials.
Each claim will nevertheless be assessed according to the evidence and any mandatory law that applies.
9. Return Procedure
If AnalyzeAcc authorizes a return, the buyer must follow the return instructions provided by AnalyzeAcc.
The buyer may be required to:
- stop using the account;
- refrain from modifying the account further;
- restore or provide the required access information;
- remove buyer-controlled recovery information where appropriate;
- return control of the account through the process specified by AnalyzeAcc; and
- cooperate with verification that control has been successfully returned.
A refund may be held until AnalyzeAcc can reasonably verify that the account has been returned and that the buyer no longer retains control where such verification is necessary to safely reverse the transaction.
10. No Simultaneous Account Retention and Refund
A buyer requesting a return or refund must not intentionally retain control or continued use of the purchased account while also seeking reimbursement for the same transaction.
If a refund is approved on the condition that the account is returned, the buyer must cooperate with returning control.
This provision does not restrict any non-waivable consumer remedy.
11. Evidence Used in Transaction Investigations
When investigating a transaction, AnalyzeAcc may review relevant records lawfully maintained in connection with the transaction, including:
- order information;
- listing information;
- payment records;
- escrow history;
- delivery timestamps;
- credential-access records;
- buyer confirmations;
- seller and buyer communications;
- support tickets;
- account-verification records;
- IP addresses;
- session information;
- device or browser information; and
- other relevant transaction records.
These records may also be used to respond to payment disputes or chargebacks, subject to applicable law and the AnalyzeAcc Privacy Policy.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Buyers are encouraged to contact AnalyzeAcc promptly when a transaction problem occurs so that AnalyzeAcc has an opportunity to investigate and, where appropriate, resolve the issue.
If a buyer submits a chargeback or payment dispute, AnalyzeAcc may submit relevant transaction evidence to the payment processor, card issuer, bank, or card network.
Such evidence may include proof of payment, delivery, access, buyer confirmations, communications, support records, IP/session information, and other relevant transaction records.
Submitting a payment dispute does not itself determine whether a transaction was properly delivered. The payment provider or financial institution may independently assess the evidence under its own rules.
Users must not knowingly submit false or misleading information in connection with a refund request, support claim, payment dispute, or chargeback.
13. Immediate Performance and Statutory Withdrawal Rights
Where applicable, the buyer may be asked before immediate digital delivery to expressly request that performance begin immediately and to acknowledge the consequences this may have for any statutory right of withdrawal.
Any such consent must be provided separately and expressly where required by applicable law.
Nothing in this Policy removes any statutory withdrawal right, conformity right, refund right, warranty, or other consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Mandatory Consumer Rights
This Policy provides AnalyzeAcc’s contractual return procedure in addition to applicable mandatory legal rights.
Where applicable consumer law provides the buyer with greater or different rights, those mandatory rights will apply.
15. Contacting AnalyzeAcc
To report a transaction problem, use the official AnalyzeAcc support/ticket system as soon as the issue is identified.
Please provide:
- Order ID;
- Transaction ID;
- a clear description of the issue;
- screenshots or recordings where relevant; and
- any other evidence reasonably necessary to investigate the problem.
